When my dad was going through chemotherapy and struggling to eat more fruits and veggies, KOYAH was able to help him... and it still helps him today.
Quality you can see, taste, and smell.
Tips for evaluating the quality of a mango powder:
Start with Taste and smell - A mango powder should taste and smell like mangoes. Our powder is made from ripened mangoes so it has a very sweet mango flavor. If a mango powder does not have a strong mango taste it has likely be diluted with some sort of filler (such as maltodextrin). Our powder is 100% pure.
Color - Mango powder should be a light orange in color. If it is dried at too high of heat, it will turn darker orange.
Amchur vs. Freeze-dried Mango Powder - Amchur is made from drying unripened mangoes. It is a spice used mainly in Indian cuisine. Our powder is made from freeze-dried fully ripened mangoes. It is very sweet and great for adding mango flavor to things like smoothies.
