Return Policy

At Geoff's Club, we understand the customer-service related challenges that online sellers are facing. That is why we offer international returns, for sellers who currently avoid international shipping because of the extra CS work involved, this is a perfect solution.

It’s a unique feature for Geoff's Club customers, and it’s as simple as it sounds:

If your customer wants to return an item, for any reason, we will pay the return shipping costs, no questions asked.

When you opt in for free returns, the base shipping rates your customers see will be a little higher than our standard shipping rates. In other words - The cost of these returns is reflected in the shipping price paid by your customers when they purchase their items. 

Returns Made Easy

  • If you’re not 100% satisfied with the product we’ll give you a full refund if it’s unused, including delivery costs. Your refund will be issued back to you within 14 days.
  • If the product has been used or installed, you’ll be entitled to a partial refund up to 50% of the cost of the item.
  • We will let you know how and where to drop the package so you can easily drop the package and we will take care the rest. It’s totally free!
  • For satisfaction we give you 5 days margin to return the product back to Geoff's Club.
  • If you feel product is faulty or not 100% what you have been expecting you can ask also refund.

Cancellation Policy

Our 3 day cancellation policy also applies to any additional services you may have ordered such as disconnection, disposal etc. Services will be automatically cancelled when the order for the product is cancelled, unless the order has already been carried out. In that case you will not be charged and fully 100% refunded.
