However, due to the large volume of products we deliver each week, it is possible that our inventory is incorrectly displayed on our website. If you order a product that is no longer in stock, we will contact you as soon as we are aware and work with you to find a replacement product.

With respect to items sold on our website, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by us is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We generally do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process; however, a temporary authorization transaction may appear on your credit card statement to ensure that your credit card is active and has a sufficient available balance to accommodate the transaction.

We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay on all online orders at no extra cost. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we will contact you for an alternate method.
We may offer discount codes on selected products. Discount codes will be available for a limited time with eligible dates clearly visible and are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. Discount codes can't be used in conjunction with our Price Match Promise. Discount codes can only be redeemed on www.geoffsclub.com and you can only use one discount code per order. If you’re returning part of an order that’s had a discount code applied, your refund will be for the full amount minus the discount applied.
Unique discount codes are different from our normal discount codes but the rules and restrictions mentioned in the section entitled “Discount Codes” still apply. The unique discount code that has been generated especially for you can only be used once, is non-transferrable and has no cash value. When you’re ready to redeem your offer, simply copy and paste it into the discount code box. You’ll find this on the basket page when placing your order. This code can only be redeemed online, and isn’t valid for orders placed over the phone.
Your delivery will normally be made through a third party shipping company such as Hipshipper. Please note that deliveries coming from different warehouses may not be delivered together.
The products we deliver are often big, bulky and difficult to lift, so there will be certain occasions when we are unable to deliver to your mailing address. Various conditions that may hinder our ability to delivery your products include, but are not limited to, the following: numerous steps, narrow corridors, radiators and restricted parking; it is your responsibility to ensure access to your delivery location. In situations where we cannot gain access, we may be able to offer delivery to the nearest point possible i.e. your garage, so you can make arrangements to take possession of the product. If we believe successful re-delivery is viable when you have taken the necessary measures, we will attempt another delivery, however, we reserve the right to not re-attempt delivery; in this case we will give you a full refund.
Occasionally an event will occur that is out of our control that affects our ability to safely deliver our products to you in a timely manner. Adverse weather conditions and other events can cause road closures that delay our delivery time. In any such event, if a road closure if foreseen and will cause problems with delivery, we will remove those dates from the checkout calendar. If an unforeseen event causes problems with your selected delivery date, we'll contact you as soon as possible to arrange alternative delivery options. The risk of loss and title for items that you order pass upon our delivery to the carrier.
Track Your Order allows you to view a live estimated delivery window, an interactive map of where we are in the delivery process and how many deliveries we’re making before we get to you. You can use Track Your Order to change your delivery date and request another invoice should you need it.
For certain smaller items you may be able to ask for your order to be left in a safe place or with a neighbor if you’re not going to be home. You can also send us additional instructions if you need to. Please note that we do not take any responsibility for any lost or stolen goods or for failure to follow your specific delivery instructions.
Pre-order terms apply alongside and in addition to our terms and conditions of sale. A pre-order product is a product that has not yet been released. By pre-ordering, you are paying for and reserving yourself a product for launch day and payment for your pre-order is taken when you place the pre-order. When possible, a pre-released order will be shipped to you so that you may receive it on the release date. When you get to the checkout, you will be able to select a delivery date of your choosing, starting from the day of release. Release dates are set by the manufacturers and are subject to change. We are not liable for any changes to a pre-release date that has been advertised by us. Normal refund rules apply to pre-order products and pre-order products are subject to availability.
If you're not happy with your product or you’ve simply changed your mind, you will need to notify us in writing and return such product within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund. All unused products must be returned to us in the original packaging in order to receive a full refund. Your refund will be made within 14 days of collection of the product.
