Texmati Brown Rice is perfect ingredient in any entree as a base or a side dish. With its nutty taste and slightly chewy texture, Texmati Brown Rice is great when paired with strong seasonings and sauces. It is also ideal for stir-fries, soups, fried rice, pilafs and stuffing.Bring water to a boil. Add salt and butter, if desired. Stir in rice. Cover with lid; reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand (covered) 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. ½ teaspoon salt (optional) 1 teaspoon butter or olive oil (optional)\ 1 cup rice
Mix scallions, rice, edamame, and vinegar in a small bowl; season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Crack eggs into skillet; season with salt and pepper and cook until whites are set around the edges, about 1 minute. Flip eggs and cook to desired doneness, about 30 seconds for a runny yolk.
