Step 1: Your shoes' current insoles are probably removable - take them out first.
Step 2: Place insoles into shoes to test for size.
Step 3: If needed, trim along the outline (on bottom of insole near the toes) that matches your shoe size.
Step 4: Insert insole into shoe gel-side down.
Replace insoles every six (6) months or at first signs of wear.
The moisture trapped in your shoe can cause foot odor and being on your feet all day can cause foot discomfort.

Smelly feet and/or shoes especially when you first take your shoes off are the most common signs of foot odor. Foot odor is a common foot skin issue. When you have sweaty feet, the excess foot perspiration soaks the lining of your shoes and socks, and creates an environment for bacteria, which can grow and cause a bad odor. People who wear poorly ventilated shoes, synthetic or non-leather boots, or non-wicking socks made of polyester or nylon may be more likely to have persistent foot odor.

Anyone can get sore, achy and tired feet. However, it is more likely to occur in people with flat or high-arched feet. It can also occur in people who are overweight, people who work on their feet all day and/or people who are not used to being on their feet who suddenly engage in a higher level of activity. The problem with tired, achy feet is that it keeps you from moving at your best. It can even affect your mood and may lead to more serious foot issues.
