How can I place my order?
First, choose an item you want to buy and press the button “ADD TO CART”. To place order access your cart. Fill in your data ( name, surname, phone number, and shipping address). Based on your address we will offer you available shipping options, their cost, and details. You should choose the one suitable for you. After that, you’ll be headed to the page where you can choose the payment method. At the moment we choose the payment via bank transfer or credit card. To finish your purchase you have to accept our rules. And push the button “Pay”. If the entire procedure is performed correctly, you’ll get a confirmation email. How to track my order?
After an order has shipped, you can track your packages on Geoffsclub.com. From Your Orders, you can find tracking information in your order details. Track Your Order allows you to view a live estimated delivery window, an interactive map of where we are in the delivery process, and how many deliveries we’re making before we get to you. You can use Track Your Order to change your delivery date and request another invoice should you need it.
For certain smaller items, you may be able to ask for your order to be left in a safe place or with a neighbor if you’re not going to be home. You can also send us additional instructions if you need to. Please note that we do not take any responsibility for any lost or stolen goods or for failure to follow your specific delivery instructions.
I never receive my order confirmation email
Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email, sent to the email address used to place your order. The confirmation email will be your order number, order details, and summary. If you experience any issues receiving this email please check your spam mail or check your email address you have entered. If you have not received anything after 24 h, please contact us so we can check that everything is fine with your order.
How can I cancel my online order?
If you’ve simply changed your mind, you will need to notify us by signing in to your account and find your order listed. Then, click “Cancel” or fill out the cancellation form with your name, email, phone number, confirmation number, order number, and a reason for the cancellation. But if you are not satisfied with your product or want to return your product contact us within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund. Your refund will be made within 14 days of collection of the product.

We offer free, next day and timeslot delivery options along with Click & Collect service, where you can pick up smaller orders from a store near you.
What is your return policy?
If you’re not 100% happy with your new product, we’re happy to offer a full refund (including delivery costs) on all unused items. Your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 14 days of collection or 14 days from the point you dropped the product back at your chosen Drop at Shop. If the product has been used or installed, you’ll be entitled to a partial refund of up to 50% of the cost of the item. Our Drop at Shop services is perfect for returning smaller items.
